Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources. Interview, hire, and supervise all team members while coordinating training to maximize productivity and job satisfaction. Routinely post labor schedules based on projected business volume and ensure sufficient inventory levels for linens, china, silver, and supplies. Provide daily revenue and volume reports, manage performance reviews, and coach staff on effectiveness through counseling and disciplinary actions. Implement department goals and policies, resolve customer complaints, and foster process improvements while maintaining confidentiality. Requires 3-5 years of high-volume restaurant management experience, in-depth finance and budgeting skills, and a Class III Gaming License. Must hold a valid Oregon Driver's License and Food Handler Certificate.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- 3 to 5 years high volume restaurant management experience
- In depth experience with restaurant finance, budgeting, accounting and cost control procedures
- Ability to analyze problems, project consequences, identify solutions, and implement recommendations by utilizing skills in independent judgment and solid decision making
- Ability to interact and maintain professional working relationships with guests and co-workers of varying social and cultural backgrounds
- Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Publisher
- Able to read and comprehend written instructions
- Effectively handle multiple priorities and tasks in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relation skills
- Current Food Handler Certificate
- OLCC License
- 21 years of age or above
- Current and valid Oregon Driver's License with the ability to qualify for the UIDC's Driver Program
- Obtain and maintain a Class III Gaming License
