Coverage Coordinator

Manage caregiver scheduling and shift assignments to optimize utilization while proactively identifying and resolving conflicts. Foster strong relationships with clients and caregivers to support effective communication and collaboration. This role requires a solution-oriented team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. The position involves Monday–Friday daytime business hours on-site at Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health, where you'll contribute to a culture rooted in Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed.
