Coverage Attorney – Philadelphia, PA

Conduct analytical writing and analysis while engaging in hands-on litigation and client interface for insurance coverage matters. File declaratory judgement actions and defend coverage and bad faith suits involving all lines of insurance. Work closely with experienced shareholders and associates to gain confidence and capability in case management through continuous feedback and individualized goal-setting. The role offers a balanced mix of research, writing, and trial advocacy within a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense firm. Dual licensure in PA and NJ is preferred, with the possibility of working out of Philadelphia, PA, Mt Laurel, NJ, or both offices.
