Job Summary
Supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absences and implement work programmes under the guidance of teaching staff across the age range 11 to 16. Motivate students and maintain a constructive working environment while covering lessons in a wide range of subject areas. Work 14 hours per week over two days, term time only, with a temporary start date of 01/09/2026 and an initial duration until 31/08/2027. The role is based at Outwood Academy Carlton in North East Barnsley, offering an ideal opportunity for career progression within the Outwood Grange Academies Trust.
