Job Summary
Provide supervision of whole classes during teacher absences, implement work programmes under guidance, and maintain a constructive learning environment across subjects. Role requires proactive classroom management, ability to engage students, and support for teaching staff during short-term teacher absences. 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–3:00pm, term-time only plus 5 days. Salary grade 5 (SCP 9-11) in UK pay scale. Based at Outwood Academy Ormesby, Middlesbrough.
