Job Summary
Cover Supervisor at Stour Valley Community School (Anglian Learning). Provide classroom cover when teachers are absent, manage classroom, implement set work, and support students to remain on task. On less busy days, assist with classroom support and administrative tasks. Requires Grade C/4 in Mathematics and English; experience with children in an educational setting preferred. Role is term-time, part-time (32.5 hours/week, 39 weeks/year), permanent from September 2026. On-site role at Sudbury, Suffolk; visa sponsorship not offered. Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and support pupils across the learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- Grade C/grade 4 or equivalent in mathematics and English
- preferably experience of working with children in an educational setting
- have the legal right to work in the UK or be in process of obtaining this
