Job Summary
Courtyard Houma: Provide attentive dining service as a 1 AM server. Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, relay orders to kitchen and bar staff, serve promptly while maintaining presentation and quality, assist guests with menu selections and dietary inquiries, maintain a clean dining area, address guest concerns professionally, process payments accurately, and adhere to safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights; must be available for late-night hours, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during late-night hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts
