Job Summary
Provide game night support for Spurs Courtside Season Ticket Members and Ledger Courtside Club guests through face-to-face interactions and high-touch service. Conduct quality assurance checks prior to doors opening, assist with culinary quality control, and educate guests on club amenities and viewing times. Facilitate guest communication by routing service requests to appropriate teams and act as the liaison for game night service inquiries. Collaborate with staff to enhance the fan experience and support client retention initiatives during special events and non-game day member activities. This seasonal role concludes at the end of the 2026-27 NBA season and requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service, oral and written skills
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work 2 to 3 days per week to include game nights and non-game day member events
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evening, weekends, some holidays and event nights
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a team environment and work with all types of people
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing projects
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information
- Must always maintain professionalism in regard to appearance and actions
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds on occasion
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
