Courtroom Advocate with a Juris Doctor sought to manage a personal injury caseload from intake through trial, drafting and filing pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials, negotiating settlements with opposing counsel and insurers, coordinating with clients and experts, and mentoring junior staff. The role requires strong trial experience, excellent written and oral advocacy, and a client-focused approach; must be licensed in Florida and experienced in Florida personal injury law and civil procedure. Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Florida
- Minimum of 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience; trial experience preferred
