Job Summary
Analyze client exposures and structure comprehensive insurance programs for SMEs and individuals, negotiating competitive terms with carriers. Manage portfolio renewals using the 90/60/30 strategy, produce comparative reports, and issue certificates or endorsements while ensuring AMF compliance. Coordinate rapid responses to claims with specialists and proactively track feedback loops. Identify growth opportunities through networking and social selling to develop a sustainable volume. Collaborate with a senior account manager to share best practices and maintain rigorous documentation in the AMS system. This role offers a 3–4 week schedule with 6 mobile holidays and includes collective insurance, medical coverage, and a REER contribution.
Required Qualifications
- Certificat AMF valide — assurance de dommages. (entreprises et particuliers)
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience
- Aisance en analyse de risque, mise en marché/placement, négociation avec assureurs
- Excellente maîtrise du français (écrit/oral)
- anglais professionnel pour certains assureurs/clients
- Rigueur documentaire, sens des priorités, orientation service & résultats

- Maîtrise d'EPIC et les plateformes des assureurs (Intact, Promutuel, Unique, Wawanesa)
- Expositions : secteur agricole, construction, manufacturier, transport/logistique, immobilier
- Dév. D'affaires : réseau local, chambres de commerce, social selling B2B
- Goût pour l'optimisation (comparatifs, automatisations simples)
