Courtesy Technician

Conduct courtesy services during full-service oil changes by vacuuming interiors, cleaning windows, setting tire pressure, and preparing vehicles for service. Drive vehicles into and out of bays, perform light checks, release hoods, unlock doors, and reset oil indicators. Assist in documenting service information and notify managers if valuables are found. Present completed vehicles to customers, thank them for their business, and invite returns. Requires customer service skills, basic literacy, and a valid driver's license. No prior experience or training required.
