Job Summary
The Courtesy & Security Advocate at STRIDE Community Health Center is responsible for ensuring a safe and welcoming environment at clinic sites, performing perimeter walks, maintaining cleanliness, and implementing safety protocols. This role requires proactive interaction with visitors, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle crises. Mandatory qualifications include a high school diploma, CPR certification, and being at least 21 years old. Preferred qualifications include crisis intervention training and Spanish language skills. Other responsibilities include maintaining security protocols, responding to alarms, and conducting inspections.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have or obtain CPR Certification within 60 days of hire
- Must be 21 years of age
- Possessing a valid Colorado driver's license is preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Crisis intervention, defense tactics training experience preferred, but willing to train
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
