Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service to guests and residents at the resort, greet and escort guests to their sites, assist with parking to prevent damage to resort property, report departures and meter readings to the main office, monitor compliance with the resort's rules and regulations, report rule infractions to management, and perform additional duties as assigned. Requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and maintain a hospitable, professional demeanor in a hospitality environment. Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and procedures
- Basic knowledge of safety and security protocols
