Courtesy Patrol Officer responsible for observing and reporting incidents on assigned property, enforcing all rules and regulations, and coordinating with property management or law enforcement as needed to ensure resident and property safety. Responsibilities include documenting incidents via incident reports (including use of force, law enforcement activity, guest injury, and property damage), maintaining a daily activity report covering patrols, guest communications, violations, safety concerns, and inspections, responding to management requests, performing ongoing housekeeping tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming), following security procedures, and attending required training. Requires ability to obtain a valid security license in applicable jurisdictions, possession of security equipment (belt, handcuffs, flashlight, pepper spray), and a high school diploma or equivalent. Two years security experience preferred; must be legally able to work under State and Federal guidelines. Physical duties include standing and walking for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, frequent interaction with customers, and flexibility to work nights and weekends; adherence to brand and company hygiene policies and uniform guidelines.
