Courtesy Patrol Officer

Patrol assigned properties to observe and report incidents, enforce property rules, and coordinate with property management or law enforcement as needed for safety. Prepare incident reports documenting use of force, law enforcement activity, guest injuries, and property damage; maintain daily activity reports on patrols, guest communications, and safety concerns. Respond to management calls regarding operations or communications; perform housekeeping tasks as required (sweep/mop), follow security procedures, and attend ongoing training. Must be able to obtain a valid security license where applicable and carry required equipment (security belt, handcuffs, flashlight, pepper spray). Schedule includes nights and weekends. Requires physical fitness to stand/walk for shifts, bend, lift up to 40 pounds, and daily interaction with guests. High school diploma or equivalent and relevant security experience preferred.
