Job Summary
Observe and report all property incidents, document use of force, law enforcement activity, guest injuries, and property damage using incident reports. Maintain a daily activity report covering patrol logs, guest communications, violations, safety concerns, light surveys, and vacancy inspections. Sweep, mop, or vacuum floors on an ongoing basis while receiving calls from management regarding operational changes. Read and follow all security procedures and protocols at all times, attend required continued training, and comply with brand uniform and hygiene policies. Perform continuous standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds in a fun, dynamic environment with flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Able to obtain a valid security license in applicable jurisdictions
- Able to obtain a security belt, handcuffs, flashlight, and pepper spray
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
- Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 40 pounds
- Constant face-to-face interactions with customers
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions
- Schedule flexibility including nights and weekends
- Comply with the brand and Company uniform and hygiene policies
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' experience in security strongly preferred
