Conduct daily ground patrols to maintain a visible presence throughout the property, monitoring common areas like pools and fitness facilities. Respond to noise complaints, assist residents with lockouts, and observe vandalism or suspicious activity to support overall community safety. Report maintenance needs such as lighting issues and contact local law enforcement when appropriate per policy. Required Qualifications
- Active or retired law enforcement officer OR military background
