Job Summary
Walk the grounds daily to maintain a visible presence and monitor common areas including pools, laundry rooms, and fitness facilities. Respond to noise complaints, assist with lockouts, and observe for vandalism or suspicious activity while reporting maintenance needs and vehicle violations. Required Qualifications
- Active or retired law enforcement officer OR military background
- High school diploma or equivalent required
