Courtesy Clerk to provide a welcoming guest experience at checkout and throughout the store. Responsibilities include promoting sales through discussions with guests, assisting with product information and promotions, packing purchases, bagging groceries, returning unsold items appropriately, restocking supplies, guiding customers to services, and mentoring newer associates. Requires safe lifting of up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, effective communication with guests and vendors, basic arithmetic for money handling, and adherence to safety and training programs. Emphasis on hospitality, team collaboration, following store procedures, and embodying core values while supporting store operations.
