Job Summary
Greet and engage every customer entering Super King Markets, assisting with product location, bagging orders, and carry-out service. Maintain store standards by performing floor and parking lot maintenance, price checks, go-backs, and ensuring adequate bag supply at check stands. Retrieve and stack shopping carts from the parking lot while verifying prices and returning merchandise. Assist all cashiers by moving between check stands as customer flow dictates and perform cleanup duties in aisles, bathrooms, and other departments. Follow daily schedules, dress codes, and safety rules in a fast-paced environment requiring continuous standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of work experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal abilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Stamina and multitasking ability
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude
- Ability to function as a team player and get along with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, but efficient, and safe manner

Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual: Spanish, Armenian, Tagalog, Russian, Arabic, or Farsi
- Some college credits on the Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
