Job Summary
Handle shoppers' groceries by properly bagging items, helping customers locate products, and gathering carts from the outdoors. Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping or picking up spills while acting as the face of Sprouts to our customers. Deliver extraordinary customer service with a friendly, outgoing attitude and a positive approach to interacting with shoppers. Follow all Front End procedures and collaborate closely with other Team Members throughout the store. Work a flexible schedule that changes as the business needs dictate.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Dependable and reliable
- Have and show an outgoing and friendly behavior
- Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with our customers
