Bag groceries, assist shoppers in finding products, and gather carts from the outdoors while maintaining a friendly, outgoing attitude as the face of Sprouts to customers. Sweep or pick up spills promptly and follow all Front End procedures while working closely with other team members throughout the store. This role requires a positive attitude, dependability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business does. Many team members start their careers here and are promoted to other positions throughout the store.
