Courtesy Clerk at Hy-Vee enabling prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service in a grocery setting. Responsibilities include escorting customers to products, stocking shelves, loading/unloading items, processing purchases, assisting with transportation of purchases to customers’ vehicles, keeping backrooms and front-end areas clean, delivering excellent service, training new clerks, and collaborating with store teams to maintain policy compliance and a positive shopping experience. Must be able to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, standing, walking) and work night and weekend shifts. No education or prior experience required; wage range is $13.00 to $16.25 per hour, with pre-employment drug screening and benefits information provided.
