Assists in the upkeep of the front end and provides customer service to shoppers. Responsibilities include greeting customers, helping them find items and guiding them to their car, bagging groceries efficiently, retrieving and returning shopping carts, maintaining cart and basket cleanliness, restocking front-end displays, ensuring perishables are properly positioned, and performing general store-cleaning tasks. Requires standing for long periods, frequent walking, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and ability to follow directions and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
