Job Summary
Bag groceries at checkout without damaging items, following best practices for reusable, plastic, and paper bags. Assist customers by loading bags into their cars and return merchandise to store shelves. Gather shopping carts and baskets, returning them to designated areas. Clean spills, collect, and pick up trash inside the store and parking lot. Understand store layouts, locate products, and conduct price checks for cashiers. Act with honesty and integrity while protecting the safety of oneself, co-workers, and customers by reporting accidents immediately. This role requires lifting up to 30 lbs and standing, walking, and reaching for up to 8 hours daily. No experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- If under 18 years of Age, you must furnish a work permit
- Must be able to regularly lift about 20 to 30 lbs
- Must be able to stand up to 8 hours per day
- Must be able to walk up to 8 hours per day
- Must be able to reach and bend up to 8 hours per day
