Job Summary
Courtesy Clerk at Brookshire Grocery Company in Mineral Wells, TX. You’ll engage with customers, bag and transport groceries, locate products and perform price verifications, while maintaining a clean, safe store environment. Responsibilities include bagging groceries, stocking front-end racks and cleaning supply stations, collecting carts, promoting product sales through active customer engagement, and ensuring proper store conditions. Requires a friendly, customer-service oriented attitude, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. On-the-job training provided; minimum age 16; drivers for company business must be 21+ per policy.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 16
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with customers and colleagues
- On-the-job training provided (no prior experience required)
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Attention to safety and sanitation procedures
