Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times while following proper packaging procedures and the bagging manual. Fill bag racks, unload shopping carts, and assist cashiers in checkout processes. Retrieve stray carts, keep work stations and store areas neat, and assist in stocking milk, eggs, and general merchandise. Assist customers in locating products, explain the ValuCard program, and manage price changes using shelf tags. Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness in bathrooms and parking lots; collect trash and bale boxes. Work parcel pick-up areas as directed and replace misplaced items. Properly use the intercom and adhere to policies regarding conversations while bagging. Replace misplaced items to the proper location.
