Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times while following packaging procedures and the bagging manual. Unload shopping carts, fill bag racks, and retrieve stray carts from the parking lot. Assist cashiers in checkout, help locate products, and stock milk, eggs, and general merchandise. Keep work stations, bathrooms, and parking areas neat, clean, and litter-free. Sweep and mop store areas, collect trash, bale boxes, and replace misplaced items. Know the ValuCard program, shelf tags for price changes, and intercom usage. Perform parcel pick-up as directed. Assist in keeping carts in their proper place and ensure stray carts are cleared.
