Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times by unloading shopping carts, filling bag racks, and assisting cashiers in checking out customers. Follow proper procedures for packaging orders, adhering to the bagging manual, and stocking merchandise including milk and eggs. Retrieve stray carts from the parking lot, keep work stations and store areas neat, sweep and mop floors, and maintain clean bathrooms. Assist customers in locating products, explain the ValuCard program, and replace misplaced items to proper locations. Collect trash, bale boxes, and work the parcel pick-up area as directed. Ensure parking lots and shopping carts remain litter-free while maintaining proper intercom usage and understanding shelf tags for price changes.
