Provide efficient and courteous service to customers by unloading shopping carts, filling bag racks, and assisting cashiers in checkout. Follow bagging manual procedures for packaging orders while stocking milk, eggs, and general merchandise. Retrieve stray carts from the parking lot, sweep and mop store areas, and keep bathrooms and work stations clean. Assist customers in locating products, explain the ValuCard program, and replace misplaced items to proper locations. Collect trash, bale boxes, and manage the parcel pick-up area as directed. Maintain neat parking lots and shopping cart zones while adhering to all company policies and intercom usage guidelines.
