Provide efficient and courteous service to customers by unloading shopping carts, filling bag racks, and assisting cashiers in checkout. Follow packaging procedures from the bagging manual while stocking milk, eggs, and general merchandise, and help locate products for shoppers. Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, keeping bathrooms neat, and ensuring parking lots and cart areas are litter-free. Retrieve stray carts, replace misplaced items, collect trash and bale boxes, and work the parcel pick-up area as directed. Understand the ValuCard program and shelf tags to explain services and assist with price changes.
