Provide efficient and courteous service to customers by unloading shopping carts, filling bag racks, and assisting cashiers with checkouts. Follow packaging procedures from the bagging manual while stocking milk, eggs, and general merchandise. Retrieve stray carts from the parking lot, keep workstations and store areas neat, and assist in sweeping, mopping, and maintaining bathrooms. Know and explain the ValuCard program, understand shelf tags for price changes, and collect trash and bale boxes. Replace misplaced items and work the parcel pick-up area as directed. Never carry on a conversation with another associate while bagging.
