Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times while following packaging procedures and adhering to company policies. Fill bag racks, unload shopping carts, and assist cashiers in checking out customers. Retrieve stray carts from the parking lot, keep work stations and store areas neat, and assist in stocking milk, eggs, and general merchandise. Assist customers in locating products, explain the ValuCard program, and sweep or mop all store areas. Maintain clean bathrooms, keep parking lots and carts litter-free, work the parcel pick-up area, replace misplaced items, collect trash, and use the intercom properly. Know shelf tags to assist with price changes.
