Job Summary
Operate courtesy carts across Callaway Resort & Gardens, transporting guests between attractions, lodging, event venues, parking areas, and resort amenities; respond promptly to guest transportation requests; assist guests with boarding/exiting vehicles; provide transportation support during special events; greet guests professionally, offer information about resort amenities and directions, and assist with wayfinding; conduct daily vehicle inspections and follow safety procedures; provide transportation assistance for guests with mobility challenges and assist with loading/unloading mobility devices as appropriate; support transportation logistics during peak periods and events; communicate operational concerns to supervisors and help maintain efficient transportation coverage; maintain vehicle cleanliness and documentation, and monitor charging/fuel as applicable; on-site at Pine Mountain, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required
