Job Summary

Plan, develop, implement, and oversee assigned program initiatives to manage the Court Supported Services Programs. Provide leadership, supervision, and coaching for staff while establishing partnerships with law enforcement, courts, behavioral health providers, and community organizations to reduce recidivism and jail utilization. Develop strategic plans, annual work plans, and performance metrics to drive continuous quality improvement and monitor program outcomes through data analysis. Manage budgets, contracts, and grants to ensure fiscal responsibility, and represent the department on multidisciplinary committees as the primary liaison for assigned initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • four (4) years of experience in a related to the program field
  • two (2) years of supervisory experience
  • equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Program and personnel management experience in related field
  • License or Certification Required by Statute or Regulation
  • Knowledge of the programs and service delivery mechanisms in assigned work area
  • Knowledge of the principles of supervision and organizing teams and workflow
  • Knowledge of and ability to plan and implement budgetary, purchasing and accounting practices and procedures
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with clients, court personnel, and community resources
  • Ability to coordinate and supervise the work of others
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work
  • Ability to think analytically
  • Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in the application and interpretation of personnel policies and procedures
  • Ability to transfer knowledge to staff
  • Ability to provide encouragement and support to staff in day-to-day activities

  • Ability to plan and initiate administrative procedures
  • Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of these procedures
