Job Summary
Provide the ultimate court sports experience by delivering high-quality instruction and customer service across tennis, pickleball, and bocce, including private and group lessons, junior programs, clinics, and events. Lead program development, oversee booking engine functionality, coordinate and promote activities, ensure understanding of rules, safety, etiquette, and facility usage, and perform racquet stringing and court maintenance as part of a team delivering exceptional member/guest experiences. Role requires English communication as needed and physical ability to perform duties outdoors in varying conditions. Full-time position within Troon’s club-management environment, focusing on programming and member satisfaction across Fort Myers/Punta Gorda locations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4-years experience required.
