Job Summary
Court Part Data Specialist in the Case Management Services (CMS) unit supports CMS operations through data entry, data audit, and discovery analysis for criminal, supreme, and arraignment court parts. Responsibilities include capturing and entering information on legal proceedings, updating real-time court adjournment dates, pleas, attorney information, charges, and sentencing outcomes using the Court Event Entry Program (CEE); preparing and filing orders, forms, and documents; assisting ADAs, defense attorneys, and court staff; producing routine reports; reviewing case information for accuracy; entering/reviewing calendar notes for warrants; auditing records for adherence to office guidelines; and performing clerical tasks. Key skills include high attention to detail, data accuracy, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SQL, strong organization and communication, ability to work overtime on short notice, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Hours are Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–4:30 PM; U.S. work authorization required. Educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree.
