Job Summary

Provide support for multiple courtrooms and judges, coordinating court cases, receiving and processing documents, reviewing and editing legal documents for content and grammar, maintaining calendars and databases, scheduling interpreters and remote hearings, coordinating jury drawings and juror notices, handling fee processing and account management, and performing real-time data entry and coordination of court proceedings while interacting with judges, attorneys, interpreters, and the public. The role requires customer service, calendar coordination, document processing, data entry, and familiarity with multiple software programs; a high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of relevant experience are required, with bilingual skills (ASL) earning a 5% salary adjustment when applicable. The position is full-time, located in Heppner, Oregon, with potential overtime and a background check prior to employment.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least three (3) years of responsible experience in a moderately complex office or business setting involving the processing of financial, administrative, or legal documents (or any combination of education and experience equivalent to three years)
