Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prefer an associate or bachelor’s degree but not required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good listening, communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
  • Professionalism and dependability
  • Experience in customer service, office support, records, banking, healthcare front desk, call center, education, government, or other administrative work is helpful
  • Legal experience is a plus but not required
