Courseware Content Specialist

Courseware Content Specialist at FlightSafety International focused on developing and sustaining courseware that aligns with FlightSafety curriculums, product catalogs, templates, and regulatory standards (FAA/EASA and other authorities). The candidate should bring strong instructional design skills, ability to work with engineering documents, adherence to safety and regulatory requirements, and a track record of delivering high-quality training materials within project scope and timelines. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 5+ years in the specialty area and 3+ years as an instructor being advantageous. Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Suite and capable of maintaining security and compliance standards across training materials.
