Job Summary

Courseware Content Specialist at FlightSafety International focused on developing and sustaining courseware that aligns with FlightSafety curriculums, product catalogs, templates, and regulatory standards (FAA/EASA and other authorities). Responsibilities include creating and updating courseware to meet learning objectives, interpreting aviation data for content development, evaluating and applying regulatory guidelines, supporting program standup and training needs analysis, addressing courseware errata, collaborating with OEMs, and occasionally traveling for the role. The candidate should bring strong instructional design skills, ability to work with engineering documents, adherence to safety and regulatory requirements, and a track record of delivering high-quality training materials within project scope and timelines. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 5+ years in the specialty area and 3+ years as an instructor being advantageous. Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Suite and capable of maintaining security and compliance standards across training materials.
