Job Summary
Course Manager to lead the coordination and continuous improvement of vocational education and training programs, including foundation skills and community-based learning; provide educational leadership to training teams; build and maintain partnerships with Aboriginal communities to ensure inclusive, culturally responsive delivery; drive student engagement, retention and success; oversee compliance and quality; contribute to innovative program design and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Experience leading teams and managing training programs
- Current Working With Children Check
- National Criminal History Check
- First Aid Certificate (desirable)
- C Class Driver’s Licence
