Job Summary
Course Leader for the Bachelor of Community Services responsible for academic leadership and strategic oversight of undergraduate programs, course development, accreditation, quality assurance, staff mentoring, and governance. Leads teaching excellence, industry engagement, and professional development, and collaborates across admissions, student support, and academic design. Requires senior academic experience in higher education, expertise in early childhood education, and ability to engage with industry partners. Based at either Melbourne or Adelaide campuses; in-person with focus on continuous improvement and educational excellence across Navitas/ACAP.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in an appropriate cognate discipline or higher
- Professional experience deemed equivalent by the College to one AQF level above the course level
- Experience working in a higher education institution
- Scholarly and/or industry expertise in the early childhood education field
