Job Summary
The Course Support employee assists with the OnRamps Arts & Entertainment Technologies (AET) 304 course, evaluating student project submissions using a rubric, providing thoughtful feedback, and collaborating with the AET Course Manager/Coordinator. Responsibilities include critical evaluation of projects, participation in course prototyping and user testing, and contributing to continuous improvement aligned with program objectives. Requires UT Austin undergraduate student status in a related field, knowledge of high school teaching environments, and familiarity with visualization and sound-editing tools (Photoshop/Illustrator; BandLab). This is a part-time, remote-in-Austin-area student position with hourly pay between $12.00 and $14.50 and an anticipated duration August 16–December 31, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Current student at The University of Texas at Austin studying Arts & Entertainment Technologies, Design, Curriculum & Instruction, Learning Technology, Instructional Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Knowledge of high school teaching and learning environments
- At least 1 year of experience working in a professional office environment
- Basic knowledge of visualization software (Photoshop / Illustrator); Design Thinking; Sound editing software (BandLab)
