Job Summary
Design and deliver apprenticeship-aligned curriculum for Level 6 Service Designer apprenticeship; create engaging learning experiences, coach learners, and prepare for end-point assessment (EPA) readiness; collaborate with Curriculum Innovation Manager and Digital Learning Team to develop materials; monitor learner progress, support QA and continuous improvement; maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance; apply service design methods (research, journey mapping, prototyping, blueprints) to real workplace contexts; contribute to standardisation and quality across programmes; foster relationships with learners, employers, and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in service design, UX, or related field
- Strong understanding of user research, journey mapping, service blueprinting, prototyping, and systems thinking
- Experience designing learning, curriculum, or training materials
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting professionals in development
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles
- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
