Job Summary
Course Adviser (VET) at Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors (AIPC) responsible for guiding warm, pre-qualified course enquiries through the enrolment journey using a consultative, relationship-based approach. Responsibilities include explaining course options and entry requirements, nurturing applicants to successful conversion, maintaining CRM records, and supporting administrative activities. Strong emphasis on achieving enrolment targets, building rapport with prospective students, and ability to work independently and in a team. The role is permanent full-time with a hybrid work setup (4 days in the office, 1 from home), offering a base salary of $73,832 AUD plus super and commissions, along with a $1,000 annual professional development budget.
