Job Summary
Own the full sales journey from first enquiry through to enrolment, guiding prospective students into the right course for their goals. This high-impact, consultative sales role focuses on building trust, understanding motivations, and leading candidates to a decision. Responsibilities include responding to enquiries, explaining course options, guiding the enrolment process, using sales and relationship-building techniques to meet enrolment targets, maintaining accurate student records in the CRM, and supporting administrative functions related to student engagement. Hybrid setup: 4 days in the office, 1 from home. Permanent full-time role with growth opportunities and a $1,000 annual professional development budget.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a course adviser or sales/customer service role
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to build rapport with prospective students
- Ability to meet KPIs and work both independently and within a team
- Experience in education or use of CRM systems is advantageous
- Working with Children Check (employee or state equivalent) or willingness to obtain
