Job Summary
Conduct in-depth analysis of business strategy and market trends to design diversified courier models tailored to different supply-demand phases. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of new courier model initiatives, encompassing solution design, resource coordination, and performance evaluation while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams. Establish core metrics monitoring systems to track experience and retention, identifying pain points based on data and courier feedback to drive structural optimizations. Maintain close communication with key stakeholders to align objectives and establish long-term cooperation mechanisms within the courier ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3+ years of relevant experience in tech company strategy, product management, operational planning, or consulting
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for majors in Logistics, Management, Computer Science, or related fields
- Experience in the gig economy, mobility, logistics & delivery, or related sectors
- Proven experience in successfully designing and driving the implementation of complex strategies or products from 0 to 1
- Basic knowledge of business analysis
