Job Summary
Transport specimens, supplies, and reports safely and punctually while preserving specimen integrity across diverse driving conditions. Act as a brand ambassador by representing LifeLabs professionally at every touchpoint and ensuring customer satisfaction through courteous service. Utilize company technology to access online training, complete readings, and manage timecards. Maintain a clean driving record and handle loads up to 50 pounds. This casual role requires flexible availability for various shifts, including rural and urban routes during daytime and evening hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A full valid driver's license and clean driver's record
- 3 years of driving experience with a full valid license
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work a specified route schedule
- Flexible work hours and availability for sudden shift changes
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
