Job Summary
Load all necessary suppliers for daily pickups, complete the daily schedule, and deliver picks to your branch. Safely operate the company vehicle to transport medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports while utilizing a handheld device to manage routes. Evaluate traffic patterns and weather conditions as needed, working directly with the dispatcher for additional assignments. Handle all samples in a safe and efficient manner, maintaining punctuality and strong time management. This role includes a company vehicle with an option to take it home for personal use.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Be at least 21 years' old
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- 1 year or more of driver or courier experience
- 1 year or more of customer service experience
- Very punctual with strong time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve customer issues
