Job Summary
Cover various routes within City of Bakersfield and surrounding Kern County areas. Load all necessary supplies for daily pickups, complete the daily pick-up schedule, and deliver all items to the branch by shift end. Safely operate the company vehicle while evaluating traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions. Manage daily pickups via a handheld electronic device and coordinate with the dispatcher for additional assignments. Handle all specimens and lab samples in a safe and efficient manner.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Be at least 21 years old
- Punctual
- Strong time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve customer issues
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work overtime

Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
